Wedding at the Gallivant Camber Sands
When Nathan and Alice’s enquiry first came through I had never heard of the Gallivant in Camber sands, in fact, i’d never even been to Camber Sands, but then after a little google work and seeing just how amazing The Gallivant is I knew I just had to photograph this wedding.
After a few emails and a video chat with Nathan and Alice I knew that they were my kind of couple and having the very type of wedding that I absolutely love to capture, so I was super chuffed when they decided to book me in.
The Gallivant is situated right on the main road adjacent to the beach in Camber Sands, East Sussex, with stunning decor, gardens and an overall vibe of sophisticated, modern, seaside chill.
I started my day at 10am where Nathan, Alice, and their friends and family were already at the boutique beachside hotel having spent the previous night there. It was great to be able to capture the story of 3 different wedding mornings taking place all the same time.
Alice and her 7 strong squad of bridesmaids, Nathan and his groomsmen and all the other family and friends that were enjoying the hotel and its relaxed gardens and sunny spaces.
Following a fab morning and a gorgeous ceremony the entire wedding party headed over to the beach for reception drinks. After climbing our way over the pretty steep sand dune we dropped down into an amazing secluded spot between the dunes, out of the wind for the guests to enjoy drinks and canapes in the sunshine.
Heading back down to the hotel for the wedding breakfast in the open space room and then the evening reception in the conservatory.
Such an amazing wedding with the most amazing people who made my day so so enjoyable. An absolute pleasure to capture from beginning to the very end.
Massive congratulations to Nathan and Alice. I wish you both all the health, happiness and fun for your future together.
