A chilled, relaxed brighton pub wedding

Alison and Glenn held their wedding on a sunny, and extremely windy day back in June 2019. They had booked me for a bespoke amount of hours to cover from the start of the wedding ceremony through to the dancing, so just short of a full days photography coverage. Their ceremony was held at St Leonards Church in Hove, just a short walk from where they live. They then held their chilled out reception at the Gather Inn public house on Hove seafront.

After a few bride and groom photos on Brighton Beach and the bandstand we headed to the pub for a super relaxed wedding reception. Great food, great company and great atmosphere. Before the evening entertainment began Alison and Glenn completed a first dance I have always wanted to see, none other than the dance from Dirty dancing!! What an amazing job they did! It was then party time with no less than 20 band members from the utterly awesome Carnival collective, a must see group of musicians!
