Brookfield Barn is a stunning barn wedding venue set within 22 acres of gorgeous Sussex countryside. I am lucky enough to live just 10 minutes from this fantastic venue and have photographed several fantastic weddings here in all seasons. From the beautiful light and airy barn to the modern bar and lounge area and the outside lakeside ceremony and terrace. It really does have everything you could wish for, for the perfect Wedding day.

What makes Brookfield Barn so special is the blend of modern architecture, rustic barn and natural beauty. The main barn is an absolute dream for photography; unlike traditional dark barns, the huge windows and light oak create a bright, airy atmosphere. My documentary approach thrives here, allowing me to capture those genuine, unposed moments of laughter and emotion.
The Lakeside Pergola: The ultimate spot for an outdoor ceremony. The lakeside setting and far scenic views create the perfect serene atmosphere.
The Bridge and Open Fields: I love taking couples for a short stroll, or golf buggy ride across to the open meadow for a few relaxed photos at the wooden bridge and tree swing. At golden hour this area comes to life in a golden hue.

The Front Entrance Steps: These are an absolute gift for a wedding photographer! The staggered height of the steps at the front entrance makes them the perfect spot for your "big" group shot of everyone. It ensures every face is seen and creates a much more dynamic photo than just standing on flat grass.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
The lakeside pergola at Brookfield is a fantastic all-weather spot. Brookfield Barn have a stash of clear umbrellas at the ready to get your guests safely from the barn to the water’s edge. Once under the pergola, your family and friends stay perfectly dry while I brave the rain to capture your group shots with that gorgeous lakeside backdrop. You get the outdoor views you fell in love with, and I’m more than happy to get a bit wet to make sure you get the photos you've dreamed of!
