Weddings in Sussex
I am so fortunate to live in Sussex, one of the most beautiful counties in England. With an enormous range of wonderful Wedding venues, Sussex is a great place to get married. With the ability to choose from quintessentially English manor houses, like Wiston House, Buxted park and Firle Place, to rustic barn venues, to some amazing Village halls for the more creative bride and groom who like to place their own stamp on their wedding day. With Endless amounts of space and greenery Sussex is a great choice for outdoor weddings, from marquees and tipi weddings to weddings in the grounds of amazing castles like Arundel and Amberley. Some of my favourite and most frequented Wedding venues in Sussex include, Upwaltham Barns, Long Furlong Barn and Hendall Manor Barns. Each with their own unique selling points but equally all with the most amazing backdrops for photos.
Village Hall weddings became a firm favourite of mine this year and I absolutely fell in love with the simplicity and charm that a village hall wedding can hold. Some of my favourite village hall weddings in Sussex are that of Iford Village hall in Lewes, Copsale Hall and Burpham village hall in Arundel.
Sussex, also had an amazing amount of coastal wedding venues, with Brighton for the fun, funky alternative weddings, with endless amounts of options from the fantastic Alfresco, right on the seafront overlooking West Pier to some of the larger hotels like the new Harbour Hotel on Brighton seafront which I am very much looking forward to photographing at this year. The smaller coastal towns like Worthing with Worthing Dome being a great retro option.
